I am a qualified personal trainer working in the u.k. I am very passionate about health and fitness, I train my clients to reach various goals from weight loss to muscle gain and love watching them reach their goals! I have a military background as part of the british army and completed two operational tours of Afghanistan, the second being the unlucky one!
