I am a qualified Gym instructor and Personal Trainer. I currently work in the Bournemouth area training clients to achieve a range of targets, from weight loss to sport specific. I am passionate about helping clients to attain their goals by creating specialised dietary and exercise programmes, personalised for each individual.

I am a Paralympic wheelchair racer and kayaker.
