Brian P. Swift, J.D. has over twenty years of corporate training, sales and marketing experience. He has been instrumental in the marketing and leadership of three successful start-up companies. He has developed and implemented many new employee-training initiatives to enhance people's skills for the achievement of organizational goals. He has also created strategic alliances to achieve aggressive sales objectives in the organizations. As a motivational speaker he has been asked to talk at one of the leading rehabilitation institutes as well as numerous educational institutions. He received his Juris Doctor from DePaul College of law and was a national Negations finalist. He has spent over twenty years motivating, inspiring and coaching football and basketball. He is a father of three adopted children, his wife teaches in a suburban school. He is excited to be taking his talents into the writing arena and had his first book published in October 2013. All of his accomplishments have come after he broke his neck at the age of seventeen.
