Note: All actors should have singing ability, be able to carry a tune, and learn new songs quickly.

MAYOR: Character is male, in his 30s-40s. When it comes to hometown pride, no one embodies it quite like him. He is deeply passionate about the place he calls home. He is a much-beloved pillar of the community. It’s no wonder, then, why he’s been elected mayor three times over! His love for his hometown extends to his job, where he works to ensure that his fellow citizens are happy, safe, and supported at all times. In his moments of relaxation, he enjoys taking walks through the park, playing chess, and singing along (loudly) to showtunes. He started using a walking cane several years ago to help manage chronic pain in his hip, and now it’s second nature to him. Self-assured, empathetic, and sincere, there is no one better equipped to champion the people! We would like to cast authentically for someone with a physical disability for this role. Singing required (does not need to be professional level, though that is great too!). 2 episodes
